On their turn a player must do one of 4 actions:
Buy a card, add a card to their hand, play a card from their hand or pass.
At the begining of a phase cards are drawn from that phase card deck to fill any open spaces in the 8 card slots(top left).
A phase ends when all players pass in a row. Note that a player may pass and later in the phase still take an action.
At the end of the 4th phase(upgrade cards) any cards remaining in the top left, have a -1 placed on them, they now cost one
less, however any cards that remain an entire round with a -1 that are not taken are discarded.

end of the green phase, green cards are scored.
