The Schmiede (Tool Forge): If you own the Tool Forge, you pay one card less when building production buildings.
The Tool Forge does not reduce the cost of buying violet buildings.

The Archiv (Archive): During the mayor phase, take all cards you get into your hand. You may discard cards
you had in your hand prior to the mayor.
Example: another player takes the mayor, you draw 2 cards into your hand
and discard ANY one card from your hand.

The Goldgrube (GoldMine):
When The prospector is selected, the owner of the GoldMine receives one of the next 4 cards of the pile if those cards
all have different purchase prices. In this case, the four cards are indicated so you may make a selection.

Marktstand (Market Stall):
During the Trader Phase, if you sell 2 or more goods, you receive one card.
This bonus applies whether or not you are the Trader.

With the Crane, you may build over an existing building. The existing building is lost,
but its cost reduces the cost of the new building. If you replace a building with one of
