With /join 1 (,2...5) you can join the game;
With /start The game is started (1-5 Players)
Each player receives 1 house, 10 game pieces representing your relatives(2 each for 5 different professions)
and $320,000 in cash.
|
|
 |
|
|
 |
On thier turn, each player performs the following actions in sequence:
- Collect Income
- Assign Jobs
- Send out 2 relatives to other players house to work.
|
|
 |
|
|
|
|
At the begining of each turn, all of your relatives that have a job in
another player's house earn income for you.
On the first turn, you will receive no income, since you haven't
placed any relatives in other player's house yet.
|
|
 |
|
|
|
|
In the 2nd part of their turn, each player must
assign a job to every one of the other players relatives that have been
sent to your house(Except if there is a conflict)
It is your choice whether to give them a high paying
or low paying job.
This is where the bribes come into play :)
Players that have sent relatives to your house, now offer bribes, in the hope of getting
a high paying job. Just because you received a high bribe does not require you to give out a
high paying job.
To set the bribe amount click on that + sign, When you click OK the bribe is paid.
Each job applicant gets to make only one bribe and the minimum amount is 10,000.
Once every applicant has paid a bribe, you place the applicants in the jobs you
wish to assign them. You do this by dragging and dropping the marker on the
appropriate room in your house.
You have complete discretion on where to place which applicant. However other
players are free to try and influence your decision, by making statements, offers, threats,
compliments regarding you, your mother, you grandmother or any other reference in which
they think they can get you to assign their relatives a better paying job.
They may even offer a promise of a high paying job to your relative.
None of these deals or offers are binding It is up to you to decide if you can trust
the person making the deal.
Note regarding BSW etiquette, it is totally unacceptable to threaten to kick or beam
another player.

External Conflict
Internal Conflict
Banishment
|
In each house you can not have two members of the same profession. If you have this, then a conflict
has occured. There are 2 types of conflicts, external and internal.
External Conflicts
If 2 or more applicants that are waiting for a job are from the same profession then you have an external conflict.
When an external conflict occurs, each of the players involved gets to make an additional bribe.
After the bribes have been paid. You assign one of the applicants a job by dragging it to a room.
All the other applicants are banished. They are then no longer able to be used for the remainder of the game
Internal Conflict
The more common internal conflict occurs when an applicant shows up looking for a job and has the same profession
as someone already working in your house.
In this case, the player who's relative currently has the job, must make the first bribe. They are trying to
defend their position. The "attacker" then makes a bribe. As always the owner of the house decides who to give
the job to. You can choose to allow the "defender" to stay and banish the attacker(s) or you can give the job to
one of the attackers and banish the "defender"
If there is more than one internal conflict, they are resolved in order from lowest paying job to highest paying job.

| 2.4 Sending out 2 relatives to work |
|
|
|
In the third part of their turn, players will send out 2 relatives to seek jobs
in other houses. The following rules apply when sending out relatives:
- You must send out 2 relatives
- they can't both be sent to the same house
- They may not be sent to your own house
- However, the may both be from the same profession
The above list contains the only restrictions. Your relatives do not need to be
sent out evenly among the other houses. It is possible to have 5 workers(as long as they all
have different professions) at one house
and none in another.)
